Rick Reith is my reason for choosing Shorewest. However your decision to charge $4,900 for his services will make me search more for a realtor in the future. That was more than 10% of the value of my house.

I has started working with the agent (from a different company) that sold our home for us back in 2011. It was a short sale, unfortunatly. I had the feeling that he thought he was wasting his time with me when I would call and ask to see a property. His attitude was very casual and he would often not return my call for days. Three separate homes actually had offers on them by the time he got back to me. I went to see a listing that Rick had without contacting the other agent. I'm very glad that I did. Rick was very helpful, and as it turned out, very patient! I switched gears and turned my attention to single family homes, rather than condos. After many showings and 9 months later, we landed on the home in Jackson. And 45 days later, I'm a homeowner again.
